The old cliché ‘it’s too late to stop, the damage is done’ just isn’t true. Research shows that no matter when you choose to give up, be it 18 or 80 years of age, the benefits are there to be experienced by all. There is EVERY POINT in giving up as the benefits start as soon as you throw away your last cigarette.
